Our Indoor / outdoor fitness camp was designed to create a challenging yet comfortable atmosphere for those new to exercise as well as the fitness enthusiast to experience a fun and fantastic workout. The format of the program is total body fitness with an emphasis on Burning Calories!
The workout begins with an appropriate warm-up followed by 30 to 45 minutes of continually challenging routines targeting:
The format for each session varies and includes obstacle courses, circuit-based workouts (rapidly moving from exercise to exercise) and jogs around the park, lake or health club interspersed with challenging exercise stations. Every workout has modified movements to ensure those of all ages and abilities can participate safely. No one will be left behind!
Each session ends with a cool-down and stretch during which the staff
will give a no-nonsense talk on the latest fitness topics or whatever might be bothering the staff at the time.
Baby On Board Boot Camp
Do you want to get in shape but can't find the time, motivation or a sitter? Then you have to try our Baby On Board Boot Camp.
Simply show up with children in their strollers and we provide a fun boot camp style workout guaranteed to yield results! No sitter necessary, the kids are part of the workout.
High Intensity Training Boot Camp
Our High Intensity Training Boot Camp was designed to challenge even the most seasoned athlete or fitness enthusiast. This workout program requires, develops and enhances an equal measure of Strength, Speed, Endurance and Agility. The High Intensity Training workouts are based off of the tried and true Tuff Camp format but then we cranked it up a few levels.
